05 Sep Turmeric Coconut & Cardamom Cookies
Fermented Turmeric paired with Sprouted Buckwheat, Coconut, Cardamom all in a cookie!
Ingredients
- 1 Cup Fermentanicals Sprouted Buckwheat Flour
- 1 Cup Almond Flour
- 1 Cup Desiccated Coconut
- 1 Tsp ground cardamom
- 1/2 Tsp Cinnamon
- 2-3 Capsules (opened) of Fermented Turmeric
- 1/2 Cup of coconut oil
- 1/4 cup of Maple syrup
- 1 Tbsp Fermentanicals Sprouted Flax (mixed with 2-3 Tbsp of water and let sit)
- 1 Tbsp Fermentanicals Sprouted Chia
- 1 Tsp vanilla
- Pinch of bicarb soda
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 180° C (160° fan forced)
- Melt coconut oil (let it cool) then combine all wet ingredients, including the flax egg
- Combine all the dry ingredients
- Slowly add dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, once combined, let it sit for 10 minutes
- Size and scoop onto a baking sheet and bake between 10-15 minutes. Alternatively, you can roll these into bliss balls as well if you do not add the bi-carb soda.
