Turmeric Coconut & Cardamom Cookies

Fermented Turmeric paired with Sprouted Buckwheat, Coconut, Cardamom all in a cookie!


  • 1 Cup Fermentanicals Sprouted Buckwheat Flour
  • 1 Cup Almond Flour
  • 1 Cup Desiccated Coconut
  • 1 Tsp ground cardamom
  • 1/2 Tsp Cinnamon
  • 2-3 Capsules (opened) of Fermented Turmeric
  • 1/2 Cup of coconut oil
  • 1/4 cup of Maple syrup
  • 1 Tbsp Fermentanicals Sprouted Flax (mixed with 2-3 Tbsp of water and let sit)
  • 1 Tbsp Fermentanicals Sprouted Chia
  • 1 Tsp vanilla
  • Pinch of bicarb soda


  1. Preheat oven to 180° C (160° fan forced)
  2. Melt coconut oil (let it cool) then combine all wet ingredients, including the flax egg
  3. Combine all the dry ingredients
  4. Slowly add dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, once combined, let it sit for 10 minutes
  5. Size and scoop onto a baking sheet and bake between 10-15 minutes. Alternatively, you can roll these into bliss balls as well if you do not add the bi-carb soda.
