The 5th Annual Victorian ADHD Conference returns to Melbourne on April 20th

Don’t miss this opportunity to connect with experts and gain valuable insights into ADHD.

The 5th Annual Victorian ADHD Conference returns to Melbourne on April 20th at the Plenary, Melbourne Convention and Exhibition Centre. Hosted by My Spirited Child, the event aims to empower parents, educators, and professionals with valuable knowledge and strategies for individuals with ADHD.

ADHD is characterized by persistent patterns of inattentive, impulsive, and sometimes hyperactive behaviour, often accompanied by challenges in emotional regulation, as noted by ADHD Australia.

ADHD affects approximately 5% of Australians, with girls often overlooked due to exhibiting primarily inattentive symptoms. Rebecca Challoner, founder of My Spirited Child, created the organization to bridge the gap in support for neurodivergent individuals and their families.

The conference, running from 10am to 4pm, features esteemed speakers such as Dr. Sharon Saline, Louise Larkin, Sandhya Menon, and more. Attendees will gain practical insights applicable both at home and in educational settings.

With a diverse range of topics covered, from managing symptoms to navigating educational challenges, the conference promises valuable insights for all attendees. Early registration is recommended as tickets are expected to sell out quickly.

The conference is scheduled for Saturday 20th April at Melbourne Convention & Exhibition Centre, 1 Convention Centre Place, from 10am to 5pm.
